1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by CoolNova Services Sdn Bhd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CoolNova Services provides air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services in Malaysia. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation of new air conditioning units
  • Repair of existing air conditioning systems
  • Diagnostic services for air conditioning problems
  • Regular maintenance and servicing

3. Service Appointments

When scheduling a service appointment:

  • We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, but exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If we need to reschedule, we will provide you with as much notice as possible.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

  • Installation services start at $150
  • Repair services start at $80
  • Diagnostic services start at $50

Please note:

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the job and any parts required.
  • A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.

5. Warranties

We provide the following warranties on our services:

  • All installation work is covered by a 90-day warranty for labor.
  • Repairs are warranted for 30 days for both parts and labor.
  • Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are passed on to you directly.
  • Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your air conditioning system and issues.
  • Ensuring our technicians have safe access to the work area.
  • Informing us of any potential hazards or special conditions at your property.
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for installation (if applicable).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
